Do you have a link?
It's at the top of the 8100 forum. Any 8100 OS can be used for any 8100 phone, regardless of carrier. There are instruction in the thread on how to make it work with your carrier.

I installed new OS and the video problem still exists. Any thoughts?

I had the same issue when I updated from like 4.1.something to 4.2.1.107, where the video became as small as a postage stamp.

The only way I was able to fix this was to downgrade to 4.2.0.64. Video playback is now normal. After you downgrade, update to 4.2.1.108.
