Okay,

I wanted to use my wifi on my laptop,so I downloaded the right desktop manager and did all the installation

But when I connect it

It says ' your radio is off'

I know it says that because I do not have a carier data plan because I am using wifi

So I want to ask.How can I connect my wifi with laptop.I want to use wifi connection on the laptop not the carier internet.

So please help

You can tether the laptop to your phone using the phone's data connection, but you cannot tether to use to the laptop's wi-fi.
Its just not possible.

Also, if you're trying to get the wi-fi connected blackberry to use internet on the laptop, that's not possible either.

If I can not use wifi connected blackberry to use internet on the laptop

Blackberry users can not even use blackberry messenger over wifi,can not use facebook over wifi and so on

Blackberry companies are already making a lot by selling these expensive devices but still they are so hungry for money that they are not letting us use all these softwares over wifi

Not true, if you have a Blackberry Data Plan, when you connect to a Wi-Fi internet access point all the Blackberry Data BBM, PINs, Email, web browsing, Facebook, etc. all go via Wi-Fi.

Who is this BlackBerry companies you are complaining about? IT IS THE LOCAL CARRIER. If you have problems with your carrier, then complain to them.

If you don't like the BlackBerry, then switch. You seem to complain a lot.

Then switch. You complain about what YOU THINK is right. Get a data plan and you can do everything you suggest.

If you are unhappy, then switch. I am sure you will be happy with an iPhone.

Data plan is fine but see wifi is more of a convience as you can get it anywhere and too for free.

Good. Contact RIM (or BlackBerry company) at +1 877 BLK BERR (that is their number) or at and speak your mind. Perhaps you can get them to change.

BlackBerry is different. And one way it is different is that it is not intended to be a standalone device for use on any service. It is designed and built to use RIM's BlackBerry services. It's an end-to-end product. And it serves a lot of people just fine. Just don't expect from it what it was never meant to do.

And do your research before you buy next time.

I want alot of things but you have to be realistic and not expect your Blackberry to do something it was not designed to do. I agree with aiharkness..research before you buy, not buy then whine and complain after because you didnt!
