Default Comcast Mail Forward Delays?

Please Login to Remove!

Not sure if this is exactly the right place for this, but is anyone else experiencing significant delays in mail forwarding from Comcast the last day or so?

My BB is 8130, BIS through Verizon. I have Comcast automatically forward all emails to my blackberry.net e-mail to avoid the up to 15 minute polling delay. Usually anything sent to Comcast hits my BB almost immediately, but have experienced recent delays of seemingly well over an hour.

Did a test about 2 hours ago, sending an e-mail from my work address to 4 e-mail accounts that all hit my BB, with the following results:

1) E-mail sent directly to blackberry.net account was delivered to BB instantly (okay, less than one minute).
2) E-mail sent to AOL account was delivered in about 15 minutes.
3) E-mail sent to corp e-mail site which BB accesses through Outlook Web Access hit in about 15 minutes.
4) E-mail sent to Comcast account not delivered to BB until in 1 hour 17 minutes.

Has anyone else noticed this? Is something different that Comcast is doing in light of their breach experience the other day? Anyone have any info?

I'm guessing it's an issue with Comcast's forwarding.

One doesn't have to use the email address they provide. I dumpted my @charter.net address long ago because they put advertisements in it, and it fills with spam. Funny...I don't have spam in my gmail.
