Why would the 8820 have to launch with T-Mo before they introduced the 8300 to AT&T?

I wish Sprint would catch up. They are discounting the 7130/8703's so maybe we will get a new blackberry soon. Atleast you guys have the pearl and newer models

Word on the street is that the 8300 or 8800 will make its way into a Hybrid Sprint/Nextel Phone within the next 2 months. Only time will tell...

It's enough with all this BS!! Just release the phone on every carrier on the same day or within a week of each other!

Why should they when they can generate hype and extra cash via exclusives?

I don't understand that reasoning either. TMO will launch when they get around to it. Their history with exclusives has been just with SureType models so far so it's not surprising that they didn't go for the 8800. We'll see if they stick to that trend...

Odds are those will be different model numbers.

I have to hope that there is some error and it is T-Mobile that is coming out with the 8300. Lets face it at&t just had the 8800. I have to think that T-Mobile is next. What do you guys think?

This is by far the most useless post to this thread yet. "Word on the street" "next 2 months" "only time will tell" Dude, do you have anything credible to report?

This is as good as Fox News. I am putting all this in the bank and I am making major financial decisions on the basis of this information.

Just FYI I put the German text into the Alta Vista Babel Fish translation website. Apparently the German means, "Here a new InterNet operational readiness level develops."

Not sure what this means about the 8300. Anyone want to guess?

I speak German. The German website explicitly states: "Word on the street is that the 8300 or 8800 will make its way into a Hybrid Sprint/Nextel Phone within the next 2 months. Only time will tell..."

Just kidding...The German translation means simply that you have come upon a new website. Nothing more...sorry to disappoint.
