Default Sync Issues (Freeze) with Outlook 2007

Please Login to Remove!

I have a Bold 9000 and today when syncing (BIS) I received the following message:

Intellisync
Unable to read application data

The desktop program stopped at:

Processing device Address Book
Record 281 of 287 Records.

Of course the most obvious solution, I think, would be to just sync my Outool one way to my device; however there were several updates and changes made. (I suspect a random error or the Facebook 1.5 friend-contact link played some part)

Is there a way to determine which entry in my device address book is record 281?

There is an intellisync log button inside the desktop manager.

FaceBook 1.5 is still in beta isn't it? (may want to just uninstall if it's gonna be causing alot of problems for you)

I've been using the 1.5 for awhile and it was the first problem. You are right about the log. It showed me the problem record and took about 5 seconds to solve the problem.

I love this place. Thanks Steve.

Glad you got it working.. That log is extremely useful when you need it

It's helped me out a few times at work!
