i want to send a mp3 on my phone as my ringtone and its only 4.64 mb can someone help me i really want this song 2 be my ringtone and it says not enough space on disk i only have 2 pictures on my phone and no ringtones ...

Your best bet is to move all of your pictures and music to a media card. Otherwise you will be having memory issues like you wouldn't believe, nor want.

There are two options. Remove data to make room or increase data.

You could use a program like Audacity to cut out a portion of the song and use that portion as your ringtone. That would make the filesize a lot smaller.

I've done that plenty of times. I have a 30 second clip of a song, it's just the chorus. That file is only about 400k. That may help. I would still recommend a media card.

Is there any reason that you're opposed to media cards?

go to this site Download or Text Free mobile ringtones from Bongotones, the ringtone hub , upload your song to the site and pick the part of the song you want as the ringtone. Then just send it to your phone and you will have a much smaller file size and the song as your ringtone. problem solved
