Hiya guys,

need to ask quickly if this is still correct.

the 7100g will not run on the EDGE network (which appears to be supplied in the country our blackberry wont work...Bangladesh)
Before I go banging my head on the desk...is this true? and is there a way round this, or is it a restriction with the hardware?

EDIT: also checked http://www.blackberry.com/products/b...rry7100g.shtml

and it says the same...but sometimes where there is a will, there is a way....

The 7100g is GPRS only and will not oick up an EDGE network. Please cease banging your head on the desk. This is a hardware restriction.

Where there is a will, there's an inheritance tax.
