Default Activesync noob questions

OK - since we do not have much choice with the Z10 and I really like the phone, I am going to try and live with the way I like to run the BB and try the active sync way.

If a calendar reminder pops up on my phone and I click dismiss because I want to handle it when I get back to the office, I assume now that I will NOT get a reminder when I get back to the office so I will now need to open the appointment and change the reminder to a later time when I am in the office again - correct?

And when I send an email I know a copy will go to my exchange sent folder, but if I delete the copy of the email I just sent off my BB - will it also delete it off of the exchange server in the sent folder? I like to keep sent emails for future reference if need be, so I do not want to delete them from that folder.

This is going to be a whole new mind set for me I can tell already........

You will still have the reminder on your computer.

If you delete an email from the device, it will be deleted from the server.

But on the server and in your Outlook client, it will show up in deleted items.

Thanks, that's a better way to say it.
