We recently moved to Microsoft 365 and one of my colleagues has a blackberry Bold, we are having problems with trying to sync the contacts with M365 and the blackberry. do you know how we get this to work?

You need BlackBerry Business Cloud Services in order to fully use devices with an OS version less than 7.1.
