When I clicked the first time it asked for my bb account login, which I had setup on my old 9700. It accepted the info, then told me I was suspended or deactivated. Since this is a corporate phone, IT doesn't support gmail (though not forbidden) and ATT won't talk to me. Now, anytime I try to acess the email setup, I get that message. Can I delete the account and start over? Ideas? Thanks!

You didn't say why AT&T won't talk to you. If it's because you are not authorized, talk to the account adminstrator in your company (the person who pays the bill and is authorized to make changes to the account) and have them call AT&T. If you had the ability to access gmail on your phone previously, then it's probably an oversight that it's not possible now. Either that or there is a problem, in which case you still need to be authorized to call for support.
