Hi, wireless reconciliation has stopped on one of my users handsets. We are running BES 4.1.3.16 on Exchange 2003 Sp2. Wireless Message Reconciliation is enabled on the server, in IT policy and on the users handheld. Hard deletes reconciliation is also enabled. I have resent the IT policy. I have tried a hard reset of the device by removing and readding the SIM card. So far nothing has had any effect. emails if read on the Blackberry remain unread in outlook. If they are read in out look they remain read on the device. Does any one have any further suggestions?

Resendign the service books appears to have done the trick.

It usually does the trick or another Enterprise Activation.
