Hi!

Maybe this is a silly question but is it possible to install the new BB OS 4 if running BES 3.6? No incompatibility with the handheld device and exchange?

No, it will be fine. E-mail & Calendar sync'ing was there in 3.6 so you shouldnt see any issues. User's just wont be able to sync anything besides the calendar and email until you updates the BES to 4.0

Not sure what you mean by what 'kind' of sync, you can wireless sync those in BES 4.0 but you can do that in 3.6 too. In 4.0 you can sync the memo's, tasks, note's and everything else wireless as well.

Another thing is: For what i've been reading here in the forum is possible to update BB OS from another carrier OS.
In my country my carrier does not have a new firmware for OS4, but the same carrier got the new firmware in the UK! I'm using BES is there any problem about this? My carrier is vodafone.
