Default Blackberry/Outlook Calendarproblem

Please Login to Remove!

Problemcase;
Here a situation for the ones who know the BES 4.0 very well and for those who had the same problem. Perhaps you can help me out with this one.
Problem: secretary wants to change in her Outlook an earlier made appointment in the Outlookcalender of the boss. (She has all the rights to do this).
She changes the date of the appointment to an new one.
Outlookappointment is changed but the original appointment stays in the BlackBerry calendar and does not change at all.
This problem does not appear all the time wich makes it more difficult.

Exchange Server is ;
NT 4.0 SP SP6 128bit?, and several hotfixes.
Exchange 5.5, CDO Version 5.5.2657.55.

BES Server is ;
Win2000, BES 40.2 CDO Version 5.5.2657.55,
Exchange admin on BES is version 5.5 Build 2653 23 SP4.

Clients are;
WinXP with Outlook 2003
Thank you so far....

Try installing the latest exchange service pack on the BES server, it will update the cdo and the mapi profiles.

Reboot the bes afterwards, this fixed that problem for us.

Also check the permissions that your BES admin account has within your messaging environment. Ensure that they EXACTLY match what the release notes for your version of the BES say for them to be.
