Bought a phone on E-Bay (I know) and it freezes on camera and video .They never activate,Something I can do?I put new memory card in.

yes I have. That is the 1st thing I do.

no I have 5.5 os should I do 4.2? and why thank you 33

Assume you meant that you currently have 4.5. Try reloading it.

I reloaded last night. nothing in fact after download and deleting that one file I plugged the BB back to computer it didnt seem to reboot like the sticky said. What ya think ndun33

Try wiping the device with JLCommander , then reloading the OS. Here is a link to help you with the wipe:

I wrote them an hour ago The seller has a long history of nothing but positive post So I am hopeful they will be good for an exchange. Otherwise Paypal has a recourse I think sellers don't want. For now no bad mouth the seller until they have a opportunity to make good on the sale.
