Hello everyone!

I have BB q10 and everything was OK while i'm not upgrade the OS month ago. BB started typing liike thhis !!!!!

Please people let me know what i can do? There is no BB support in my city!

Incidentally, I type a lot of SMS, is it may be a reason?

Moisture could be the cause. Did you get it wet, spill any liquid on it, etc?

There are other reports on other forums about the double typing issue. No cause or resolutions found.

i noticed the double typing issue after, and only after, installing software release 10.2.1.2179, which has otherwise been very nice. am hoping the double typing issue will get resolved with some later release

I have had to replace the keypad on my Q10 three times already. Surprised this topic hasn't come up more often. I now keep a spare at home. There is a youtube video of changing it out.
