Default Free internet access thru hotspots (no data plan)

Please Login to Remove!

Goal: internet access thru hotspots only (no data plan)

Here's the l/d:
- Had TMobile BB plan (8320 w/ WiFi).
- Unlockled phone, switched to AT&T.
- On ATT, I pay for phone and unlimited messaging. The latter requires ATT MEdiaNet. So if I select the browser, I get it for a fee (1 cent/Kb)
- BB shows up on my wireless home router. BB shows grayed-out WiFi logo.

So, does anybody know how I can use the WiFi to access the internet (again, the BB is recognized by my router)?
- If so, how do I know the BB is using WiFi (for free) versus the MEdiaNet?
