Please Login to Remove!

I saw manny apps here but I don't know what each one does and what are the must have ones? I just got an 8520 and there's nothing installed on it yet.

I am particularlt interested in the FREE ones

How do you pan to use the device? There should be the basic set of apps installed.
Must have are the ones you need, not what everyone else needs.

I suggest you use the BB for awhile and see how it works before you go trying to change things.

Right, makes sense, just thought there are any must have apps. Will use it for a while then see...Just hope I can find some good Themes (free) for the 8520 to start with as my phone came with no themese installed.

Check out Media Center section for themes, some free as well.

Also you can check our BlackBerryAPPS store, link is in the upper left side of page. Do you want entertainment apps, business tools, games? It's all there. You can check what is popular there and in BlackBerry App World. There are plenty of free ones too.

Wirelessly posted (8130)

First one I would suggest would be Got2 from Gwhiz mobile. It integrates into the native calendar and task apps and provides gps based location alerts. No more driving by the store and forgetting to stop and buy salad dressing. There is a small price for it but it is so worth it.
Homepipe is a great service that provides mobile access to the files on your pc. At the moment its free.
Syncamatic syncs your outlook and your berry over the network, it has a paid and free version. The difference is auto syncing. Free version has to be manually synced.

Maratic is a free list maker that you can use to make detailed task lists or shopping lists.
Pageonce helps keep your bills and credit cards managed. Sends reminders when bills are due or overdue and let's you know how much you owe.
Mycart! Helps keep your shopping lists organised by store, aisle, and section. Also keeps track of prices to let you know how much your order should cost.
Jabplite helps you manage the amount in your bank and credit card accounts. Think of it as a check book register on your berry. This one is free too.

If you have any areas of specific concern, let me know. I am the "app for that". Lol
