I couldn't get mine to load. I would get to the point where it would execute the Loader function and then wouldn't find the connection.

I'm thinking it might be wise to let this program get out of the beta stage and wait for an official release. The only real option I wanted was the mobile hotspot.

I've got Tether. That'll do.

All you had to do was reboot the device at that point for the load to complete. I had the same thing and it worked out fine.

Do we know if there are any enhancements within 7.1 or is list a service pack for bugs?
For the dudes that have loaded this on their 9900 any feedback? Stable? do you recommend going for this?
What about battery usage? Does it improve?
And application memory? Do we get more free memory with this one?
Thanks,
E

I had several glitches on my 9900 out of the box, tried the 7.0.540 for a month, still some glitches, now on 7.1 since 20 days, a lot less glitches.
Battery life, I think it is the same, very poor.
app memory, mine is empty, so plenty of memory, did not check difference.
all on all, it is good, would keep it

My touch screen went wonky in the first week. (Soft reset fixed)

Sometimes I will loose my notification bar. I can still select it, and get the drop down list, just no icons or msg counts

Battery life is pretty good. I get a full 8-12 hours(signal switching is killing my battery) when at work, on the week-ends I get about 13-15. Haven't bought a second battery and do not plan on it.

Installed it on a german 9900.Had to add german language afterwards but that was not a problem.

The only problem i have now is, that the keyboard still is on US style means Y and Z are changed. Any tips how to fix that???!!!

Yeah, I have the same problem on my 9700 (Bouygues Telecom) A, Z, Q, and W are switched around. Makes typing a problem at the beginning. I have no clue how to fix it. Don't think you can even remap keys on a BB.

You can upgrade like you normally would with a leaked OS.

Thanx mate. I did and the os is insanely fast but very unstable. Found out I can't answer phone calls via bluetooth and tunein radio is having massive problems playing stations. That's a huge bummer cause the os is simply fabulous. Guess I have to wait. :(

Are you using the TunedIn Pro or the free version? I bought the Pro version and it works wonderfully on my device. Haven't tried answering a call with a BT device. Will test it out today and see what happens.
