Moved to BES Admin Forum.
I'm guessing the encryption keys have been messed up. You can go to Options >Security Settings >General Settings and scroll to the bottom and highlight the Desktop Services line and hit menu key and select "regenerate encryption keys." If that doesn't work, I'd try a reactivation. Was the device plugged in to an incorrectly installed Desktop Manager?
