First off. Get 6.0.0.424. Its the most stable of every single leaked version and the 2 official versions. I've tested every single leak and both officials. 9700/6.0.0.461 is my current test, and its a memory bleeder - big time...
The only difference between a leak and an Official OS, is that a provider has decided to risk making it available for their customers and has trained reps to handle the calls....
The official versions are hopeless! They're not even as good as 424 - I ran that version for 2 weeks and it was still running well at that point (but it had slowed down a bit and was requiring a battery pull every day to reset the memory trickle). I recommend re-installing it every 2 weeks - backup the BB often. Every 2-3 days at least - then again, just before re-installing 424 (or whatever OS you like.) backup the BB. Then click on update - other versions. Click on the version you want to re-install.
Don't forget - the leaks don't have restrictive Vendor.xml 's like the official versions have. If you want an Official version, you will need to deleete the vendor.xml AFTER the OS file's been downloaded and then Installed to the PC. Unles the official version is from your provider - then you don't have to delete it.
