i have a BB torch 9800 (AT&T). I recently updated the OS 6, two bundles to 2647. after doing so anytime i start to use a 3rd party, even bb app world, the bb automatically shuts down. once restarted, the battery still has plenty of life, other times the battery indicator says zero. i did not have this problem prior to the bundle update. i am using the bb just like i did previous to the update. i tried downgrading to an earlier OS but the problem still exists. then upgraded again and still the same issue. i have pulled the battery and restarted numerous times. the battery can be fully charged and the same issue happens. it appears the device does not recoginize the battery is full and shuts down anyway. anyone else having this issue? any way to resolve?

Unless you have too many Apps and the memory is too low to operate the next thing to do is revert back to the previous OS level but do a complete delete and reinstall.

This does sound like the memory is the cause. It could also be a hardware issue but unless it was dropped or got wet try a full reload not an upgrade. Also do not add any Apps until your sure all is ok.
