I have the 9630 OS v5.0.0.230 file....Now when i open loader to upgrade my 9630 device, the application loader wizard goes ahead and when i reach the device application selection, it doesnt show any application to add/remove from the device. Please help, since im unable to upgrade my device....thanks

Locate and delete VENDOR.XML on your PC hard drive.

I did that.....same problem

Try redownloading the file.

Try installing the file, after you have downloaded it.

Double click on the downloaded *.exe file.

Make sure other OS are not in your PC.

With your PC internet connection off,
1) Go to c:\program files\common files\research in motion\apploader and delete the file named xxx8220;vendor.xml.xxx8221;
2) Plug in BB and double click on xxx8220;Loader.exe.xxx8221; Itxxx8217;s located in the same place as the above vendor.xml file.

My upgrade worked.
But I hate having to redownload ePocrates. What a PITA!

Mind reposting here again your experiences with the new version -- what elase works, what else does not work, and what you thought improved. I am on .53 and use Sprint too and its rare that I find you, another Sprint Tour taking the pluge with 5.0.0.230 when everyone else is on Verizon.
