I was at a Vodafone shop in the UK yesterday and was told by the sales chap that of the 5 or so new devices coming from RIM, one of them was going to be a replacement for the Pearl 3G. has anyone else heard of a new Pearl or Pearl form factor coming through, or if this is just rubbish?

ps - i was in there to check out the new Torch 9860 - what a fantastic phone!

I got my 2 pearls 3g for a year now, and I've been waiting for a new Pearl 3 months.
I hope they didn't replaced the Pearl as I love them so much :O
