I'm trying to set up email for the first time. The instruction booklet says that there should be two options in the setup wizard, one for individual email and one for corporate enterprise email.
I want to set up my hotmail address but it is only giving me an option for the corporate one.
How do I do it?
I have a data plan, it's supposed to come into effect from today, maybe it hasn't been activated yet. Will give them a ring later.

Try pulling the battery leaving for a minute, replace. It may refresh and activate the plan.
If its still not activated by tonight, call them tomorrow and make sure they have actually activated it on their end. It happens alot with UK carriers, that they just don't do it right.

Rang them, I definitely have the BB data plan, they're having problems with activating it. They got me to do a soft reset first and that didn't work so I shall be back on the phone if it's not done by tomorrow.
