I'm working with the Message Flow Reporting tool. The last field,"Type" has either "MTH" of "MFH" as the result. The resource kit admin guide doesn't explain this last field. Does anybody have any ideas?

MTH: Message To Handheld
MFH: Message From Handheld

I'm still interpreting message flow reporting tool results. There are lines in the results where "Total Time" is a negative. According to the resource kit admin guide this means the message came from the device. But in the far right column, "TYPE," it says "MTH" (Message To Handheld). Any thoughts? I trying to perform reporting based on Log Analysis Tool results until I can get BMS installed.

Is the time on all your servers in sync?

I believe time is synced. I'm administering a client's BES from afar although I can RDP in.
