Default password keeper

Please Login to Remove!

I updated my bberry software after receiving an email from bberry.
Unfortunately I lost my password keeper, video and several other items in "Applicaations". How do I recover, especially the password keeper. I have an update that was completed prior to updating but cannot determine which item to select to restore, None are named "password keeper" and I no longer have the icon for "password keeper"
Thanks!

First make sure password keeper isn't in a folder, hidden, or hidden in a folder. Check applications in options and see if it is really not installed.

If it isn't installed, use desktop manager to install it. Then do a selective restore of the password keeper data.

How did you upgrade? Did you upgrade directly from the device? Did you use Desktop Manager? What version did it upgrade to? To find the version, compose a new email and in the body of the email type "myver" without the quotes and hit space. Post that version number with your answers to the above questions.
