Default 4gb sdhc trouble

Please Login to Remove!

well I have a curve 8310 loaded os 4.5 and just bought a 4gb sdhc memory card and it will not format how can i fix this!
thanks in advance for any help

You can format it on a computer instead of the BB.

With the microsd card install in the BB, plug in the BB to the desktop computer with the USB cable and format it under mycomputer.

Under OPTIONS>MEDIA CARD, did you get the setting correct, mine are set to ON--NONE--ON--YES

Also reseat the card, you might put it on wrong.

If it still doesn't work, you might need to format the card with a external card reader, or you have a defective card.

Try Putting the BlackBerry in mass storage mode then go to my computer and try to format the sd card. Also which card are you using? Because i have 4g SDHC being delivered probably today and i hope i don't run into problems....I ordered a SanDisk....
