Does anyone know of a good news alert service that sends text emails on breaking news issues?
I currently get alerts from CBC, globe and mail, etc but the alerts are only the headlines. I would like something that gives a brief synopsis of the news story rather than just the headline and a link to a website which takes forever to load in the browser. I know RSSis another option, but I'm more interested in receiving alerts.
Specifically somethign that goves internation and Canadian news issues would be great.
