I have had my blackberry pearl from cingular for about 3 weeks. A few times I have had a problem with not being able to answer a phone call. The phone will ring, it will show answer or reject on the screen but I cannot click on answer. Has anyone else had this problem? Does anyone know what might be wrong? Thanks

Well i know that if you have a bluetooth headset hooked up you cant talk into the phone, you have to talk into the headset. But idk if u r using a headset or not. It prob isnt your OS cause i got my Pearl about 2 weeks ago and it had that latest Cingular software on it (ends in .69).

Try removing and replacing the battery to reboot the device.
