When I entered the IP you provided into a whois search I got the following info. I don't think there's a whole lot we can do to help. They are not gaining access, just guessing at passwords with your account name test.

sounds like a spam bot. that's just the side effects of having a username like 'test' to be honest. make sure your password is strong and don't worry about it. (i know, not the best of answers, but...)

Yes I would have to agree.... Make a very stong password and you should be fine...

Call the number listed in the lookup provided by JC (1-866-342-5749), report the IP along with the dates and times of the attemps... They, the host, can go from there but many hosts will do nothing as long as the spamming freak pays the bill every month...

I don't know if this is an option or not, but under the circumstances you might ask Guess if a username change can be authorized...

Unless you really like test that is... I assume the attempts will continue...
