Default help needed with ical sync

Please Login to Remove!

i have been using BB DM for mac since it became available with really no problems. My storm is synchronized with my work schedule through our BES but i also sync with home computer which has ical. other than minor issues such as duplication of events quite often it has been working ok. the last couple of days when i try and sync with my macbook it has not worked at all. i get the message "the calendar database cannot be accessed for synchronization. for help resolving this issue refer to KB 19454 in the BB DM Knowledge BAse". I have searched high and low everywhere including the BB web site as well as various forums and can find no reference to this error code. I know i have to turn off wireless sync when i sync with my macbook. i can't understand why this was working and now nothing at all. absolutely nothing has changed. thanks for any help

Have you tried restarting your Mac?

Maybe poke around for an answer at BlackBerry® for Mac - BlackBerry Support Community Forums
Search for ical and database. Sounds like the most recent update of Desktop Manager for Mac is causing this problem for some folks.
