Once enabled how does the sync happen between the handheld and the server (Exchange 2003/Outlook 2003)? Do they sync at a defined interval or triggered by any changes made either on the handheld or in Outlook? Is there a way to change the interval?

My experience is when ever a change is made on either it is updated immediately. It may not be an option on the server.
