When I convert my CDs to MP3 then transfer them to my Blackberry 8300 using the Roxio software, the result is that left and right are inverted. I know this is the case because the violins come from the right instead of the left in orchestral music. This is not a major issue, as I just wear my headphones the wrong way round to correct it.

Does anyone know whether this is normal and how to correct it properly?

This is the first time I have heard of an issue like this, but I also don't know if I would notice with what I listen to.
