Default Annoying speakerphone problem.....

Please Login to Remove!

Hi all

Couldn't find anything related to this and its probably an easy simple fix so here goes:-

On one of my collegues 8100 everytime she answers a call it starts out on the speakerphone for a few seconds and then switches to the internal speaker.
I intially thought this could be a bluetooth problem and the device is paired with a Parrot Car Kit but this happens even when switching bluetooth off.

Any chance of a hand....?

Many thanks

All 3 of my pearls that I have had have done that. I normally only use it with a blue tooth. I have not found a fix for it but it is only mildly annoying so i have learned to ignore it.

Wirelessly posted

I had this problem also. I just replaced my 8120 under warranty. No problem so far.

Yeah might try an upgrade on it.
Thanks for the suggestions, just wasn't sure if I was missing a setting somewhere.
Will order a replacement if the firmware is a no go.

Thanks everyone.

Thumbs up speakerphone problem

I had this problem before in my 8120. I turned off the cellphone, tooked out the battery, wait a few seconds. Put in the battery again and wait until the cellphone restart. The problem gone.

Ok it's been a few days and have not had the speaker phone come on for a second when I answer a call since I upgraded from .97 to .127...
