Default Advanced Task Manager

Does anybody know of a more advanced task manager that can force applications to quit when they are frozen?

My "remindermanager" process is always glitching and I cannot figure out what is the problem, but after a long period of laggy behavior that makes it almost impossible to use my phone the OS performs the force quit for me killing that process. I know this because I view the name of the process when it gets the axe.

Any ideas from anyone?

Didn't you ask this question already...

Other then the App Switcher, no one has really written one yet.

Most BB's till now have been pretty basic.. The Bold/Storm/later BB's are the only one's sporting newer faster processors, with more memory, giving the ability to do more with it.

yeah i asked about a task manager or msconfig equivalent, but in the rants and raves section...and apparently that's the incorrect place to have a rant or a rave...

i figured i would try different users in a different part of these forums by asking it in the rim software section since it would be applicable and inherent to the RIM operating system itself....i downloaded a task manager / process viewer from the new BlackBerry App World thinking it was exactly what i was looking for, an advanced task manager or just a task manager with the capability of forcing applications close...but instead all it lets you do is switch between running apps which is already built into the BlackBerry OS....on top of that, the app doesn't support the Storm's screen ratio and retains the legacy specifications of previous versions of the OS...it was only $2.99, but i'm still disappointed because i thought i found my answer...but nope

if anyone is looking to get a similar application, avoid the process viewer on the BlackBerry World App store....
