My question is, does BBX(BB10) system will be supported by PhoneGap? PhoneGap now can support BB 5.X-6.0+ OS, but does it include BB10?

It's an open-source framework for mobile app development.

The site does not specify anything past BB OS6

The Cordova/Phone Gap run time for BB Tablet OS will support (Today) BB10.

Additionally, in the future I am sure there will be a formal BB10 version, given that 2 of the Core contributors to Cordova work for RIM and Work on WebWorks and Ripple.
