View .pst and Public Folder

Hello!
First post here...
Can any of you fine users tell me if we can view .pst files on our BlackBerries? I did a test with them being on a shared location on the server and could not open anything on the device that was over 1MB - so is it possible?
Also can we have it setup either through BES (preferably!) or through Desktop Manager where users can view Outlook Public Folders?
Your help is much appreciated!
