I am hoping somebody might have had the same issue and found a way to resolve it....
I have multiple personal accounts and one business email account running through my BB Internet Mail service. The problem is that you only have one "sent from" address to choose from and it's static. For me, my "sent from" address is my personal email address. This allows me to respond to personal emails and track them via that email address. However when I respond to a business email (thats coming from my work address), it shows that it comes from my personal address and then all emails circumvent my companies exchange server. This will not work.
I have looked at the different settings in the web cleint and I don't see any way to resolve this. It would very useful if the BB Client or Internet Service had a feature that would automatically format the "sent from" address identically to the origin address. Or at least allow us to choose when responding to an email in the inbox.
You can search on here and find information about BBReply and what it offers for your current problem...here is a link for BBreply and other information that might be helpful.
I had the same problem with my Tmobile BlackBerry, but I got lucky when T-Mobile upgraded to the newest BlackBerry Internet Service software (in Nov 2005). This new software allows you to reply from the same email addres which received the message. (You get to choose the "service" or email address to reply from on your BlackBerry if you want to change it)
I know this doesn't help you now, but your carrier would hopefully upgrade soon.
In the meantime I think the other post will help solve the problem now.
Thanks,
Martin

This has been covered here somewhere. There is no way to do it out of the box, but I think I have read about third party apps that give you a "sent from" option. Try a search using "sent from" and see what you get.
