I recently had a problem using txtNotes. Some how my files were saving as filename.txt.rem files and couldn't be saved or read from my memory card. Steven was awesome with staying in touch with me and troubleshooting the problem daily. I eventually reformatted the card and all was well, but I wanted to post how great Steven was including replying at all times of day and on the weekends. He showed genuine interest in getting the problem solved and I really appreciate it.

I'll second that. I bought multiPlay Pro today, and must have fat fingered my PIN and/or IMEI because the generated key wouldn't work for me.

I wrote support a quick note and boom, reply rec'd within a few hours with a new keycode.

The best we could offer to our customers are quality products and quality customer service - and that has earned us more customers. We personally think this is the reason why 5000+ customers have purchased mediaPlayer though RIM already have offered a bundled media player. And we also strive to incorporate most customer feedbacks and suggestions in improving the products.

In order to show our happiness we are working on a small product that most people will like useful and plan to make it free for existing customers as a token of their loyalty and recommending the products to many.
