Hello All,

Seidio makes the extended battery for the Curve, and suggests that people use the belt clips.

Has anyone found a pouch that works well with this setup? The battery and new door supposedly add 4-5mm.

I just got the extended battery, cover, and spring holster. Yes, it all adds some additional size, but I really don't notice it. And, to be clear, it's not the door that adds the size; it's the battery. The door obviously has some thickness, but the battery is the bulk of the depth add.

Anyhow...I'm very happy with the new batt, case, clip combo.

Could you post some pictures of your BlackBerry with the extended battery? I've been thinking about getting it.

I use the body glove cases from fortte (Leather PDA cases, PDA case - Stylish Elegant Functional leather PDA cases and handheld cases by Fortte.) with the extended seidio battery. I like those, add a little bulkiness to the device but I like that since I kind of have big hands.

Thanks, DBB! Can you be more specific about which case you use? I went to the site but the 8300 cases did not detail if they allowed more room.

I got the battery, and I like the feel, but I can't fit it into any case that I have for anything, and I do not like clip on holsters.

For now I am just using the standard battery with the Seidio replacement back panel.

I am still looking for a magnetic pouch case that will fit the 8310 with the 2600 extended battery from Seidio.

Anyone have any suggestions?

Perhaps there is another blackberry model that is thicker where the case would be applicable?
