Hi All

Whenever i call someone they are not able to hear my voice (very less) when i connect headsets it works perfect, i have increased the volume to 100% with no luck, Please help Me.....

Sounds like a damaged device. You can try updating the handheld software on the 8830 in case a firmware update can correct the issue, but that's a longshot.

Could be a piece of dirt or lint caught in the mic slot....Compressed air? Could push it further in though.....

Mic could be damaged too. hard to say.
