Default bluetooth sync outlook bb9700 problem

Please Login to Remove!

It seems i cannot set the bluetooth connection to sync thru device manager.
the checkbox under connections, for bluetooth is grey.
Yet I can indeed pair the divce to the laptop, however the checkbox remains gray.
I want to sync agenda, tasks and notes vv.

I have vista 32bit, ultimate, trvaelmate 6592G with updated drivers and all updates vista.
device manager is upto date as well as software on BB9700.

I checked the drivers bluetooth. as i mentioned, I am able to pair, yet the sync ceckbox fails. Onde i had the check box available, yet then I could not get it connected, did not pass the manual connecting pin.

Is there a manual how to? checks i can do?

I read somewhere when on BIS one cannot sync outlook using bluetooth connection??? Does not sound right does it?

additional information:
bluetooth enumerator Microsoft is installed
broadcom bluetooth

in devices i can see each time a new "other devices" peripheral ... and then the system demands additional drivers.

I have similar problems. I've Windows 7 with BB Desk top Manager. No BES. My BB Curve would sync no problem, but no luck with the 9700. DTM can't even see the 9700. I'd love to hear from anyone who might know a work around to the problem. Sync with USB is a pain.
