A few people complained about this. You both have T-Mobile, could it be that they did something to limit the data-through?

Where is BB Browser? I don't have it in the menu, it only shows up from "Switch Application"
Thanks.

I upgraded to 4.0 beta and it didn't work. Damn if I didn't go back to 3.0 and that stopped working as well. My tcp settings are set to wap.voicestream.com, so I don't know what the heck is going on.

true.
depending on your provider, you must fill the right username and password under the TCP option. BB browser doesn't need them but opera cannot function without them in place. very common problem after upgrading or reinstalling opera as the old settings are always removed.

What do you mean it stopped working? What exactly does it do? Can you connect? It won't start up? When mine stopped working I was able to find a fix for it but I need to know if you are having the same problem I had?

My opera mini 3.0 just stopped working today. I have not made any changes between today and yesterday. When I try pulling up a page it just says connecting, but never loads the page... My phone is receiving data just fine, so I'm not sure what’s going on...

I am having the same problem!
The page will start to load and then the bar will go about 3-5 mm full and then it freezes. I've had to battery restart 2 times now.
This wouldn't be as bad a problem if blackberry's native browser worked for me, but I can't log in to cybernations or my blog using BB browser.

I have a weird recurring problem with mine. The browser will work perfectly for weeks, and then all of a sudden will seem to get stuck on some sort of code loop in which when you access the menu all you see is a scrolling "Select" "Stop" "Select", over and over.
In order to stop this I am required to completely power cycle the device, and when I again launch the browser, instead of highlighting in blue as you tab around, it is black and you cannot see the lettering, and as you scroll down it will briefly scroll to a completely white screen, and then go to the rest of the menu. AS you scroll back up it again goes to the white screen, and then the top of the menu.
I have only been able to fix this by uninstalling and reinstalling. Noone I know has the problem that I have described. I am using a memory card, and it is not device specific because I recently had my pearl exchanged for an unrelated problem, and it happens on the new one as well. There does not seem to be any commonalities as far as what websites I have visited.
Anyone else seen anything like this?

Hey terrain..... You have the same problem I experienced with the black spots when scrolling. I found that if you go into the settings and change the skin it will reset the graphical glitches and then you can switch back to the normal skin if you want. The tricky part is that since the screen is black you can't really see where you are clicking but don't worry! Use the shortcut #8 to go straigt to the settings and you should be able to see then. Hope it helped you!

^^ Thanks I will give a go. I really hate when it happens because Opera Mini truly is a girl's best friend. The native browser is......
Yea. I prolly shouldn't use that kind of language here.
