Arrow Simple IP calculator

Please Login to Remove!

Hello *.*,
I have just finished a simple IP calculator for networking guys and girls. The application is for free.

Just enter IP address and set a mask and see calculated values. Just notice: to change the gauge mask field use Alt+roll.

If you find it useful let me know. If you miss a feature let me know as well.

OTA installation URL:
brebera.ry2L.cz/wIPzard.jad

Compiled for 4.6.0 and above.

Regards,
Jan

What is the possibility of a 4.5-friendly build? 4.6 and above devices are still the exception rather than the norm.

This is awesome except the changing of the Mask field. I have a storm so no Alt+Roll for me. It would be nice to just have it as a text field there that we can just change, same as the IP Address field. That part works great.

Hi, the mask field fonts on my Bold (9000 4.6) are too large and are cut and not the bottom 1/3 part is not displayed.

Hi!

I tried to replicate the problem by using big fonts on my BB but I don't have the mentioned problem.

Could you tell me which font and size do you use?

Thanks for the problem report,
Jan

Hi!

Oops, thank you for the message. I'm not re-implementing the gauge field, just using it, so I would say there is a standard way how to change the gauge field value on Storm.

I will check the documentation and will be back.

Reagrds,
Jan

My Bold is using the BBAlpha Sans size 7 as the default font.
When I open wIPzard 1.1 all the fonts are great except for the Mask: xxx.xxx.xxx.x/xx line which is using an extra large font that makes it cut on the bottom part.

Thanks.

Hmhm, though I'm still not able to replicate the problem - even BBAlpha Sans size 7 font works fine on my BB - I created a modified version of the app where I set the gauge field font explicitly to default font. Hopefully it will help.

Please let me know.

Available here:
brebera.ry2L.cz/11b/wIPzard.jad

Thanks.

Jan

This last version works perfectly on my bold. Font on the subnet mask line is no longer an issue!

Thanks.
