I can receive messages on my BB, but cannot send from the handheld. I am on BES, and outlook sync work without any problems. Can also send / receive messages from outlook desktop. Help.

Select compose email and scroll up. What comes after the Send Using

Connect your BB and start Desktop Manager.
Go into Redirector Settings and generate a new Encryption key. Receive but not send is generally resolved by generating a new encryption key.
