i have Blackberry 9700 bold. I installed Desktop manager. When I connect my bb to computer using USB, desktop manger is detecting no updates. Application loader is not detecting any application. I cannot add arabic language as input.(not showing this option)

YOu have to download the handheld software for the 9700 that includes Arabic. Then use Desktop Manager or App Loader to update your device with that new software. Take a look at this: Arabic for 4.7 and 5.0 OS. - BlackBerry Forums at CrackBerry.com
