Default issues unistalling roxio media manager

Please Login to Remove!

hi
trying to uninstall roxio media manager however it is bringing up certificate errors and will not allow it to be uninstalled
Ive tried logging a fault with Roxio but they are unable to help with their own product and said RIm need to deal with it however blackberry advise that as the dtm part of dtm with media manager has uninstalled ok then its roxio who need to deal

IMHO anything that Roxio creates should be classified as a virus.

Check this link from Roxio's KB (yeah, using the devil to try to defeat the devil)... it's about "totally" removing the Roxio stuff from your computer. Good luck!
