BES, Exchange and the 3 DCs all have their own machine. Exchange is able to find another GC without much problem and I never have to reboot it after a DC reboot. At worse there will be some events on the exchange server stating it can't find DCx, but it fails over to another DC and mail distribution continues without a problem in a timely manner.
As far as process is concern, there isnt one per say. Since as long as we don't reboot all 3 DCs at the same time there's no significant impact on the network. We usually reboots the BES after a DC reboot, but sometimes people forget. I'm just trying to see if there's a way around this annoyance.
A quick google search returned some info about a patch by microsoft, so I was wondering what the experts here knew about that.
