Dear All,
we have a sharepoint server on the same subnet of the BES. Usually people get acess to it using VPN on PCs. If we need to get access to the sharepoint server using BB bold 9000, do we need to configure the VPN on it? im asking because the handheld devices can connect the subnet directly without VPN to access the BES, so is it possible to access the sharepoint using the same way?

i tried to configure the VPN under options in the handheld, but didnt work.

any idea?

Hi Robert,

If you have MDS-CS enabled (installed by default with BES) then you should be able to access your intranet/internal content already (you shouldn't need to configure any VPN settings). You should try to hit your SharePoint site's URL directly from the blackberry browser. Additionally, we provide a product called SilverDust that allows you to browse and manipulate SharePoint content from your blackberry.
