I sprung for the $2.99 per month since I hate traditional voice mail retrieval. My Storm tells me when I have voice messages but so far every time I try to play the message I get "! Playback Error", and that's it. No playback, no further assistance. The messages are there. I can retrieve them conventionally, just not "visually". Anyone else have Visual Voice Mail working? Thanks.

I have it and really like it. Maybe you need to reinstall it or call verizon. Sorry. But I can tell you it does work great for me.

I am not having an issues with visual voice mail either. Have you tried removing the application and then re-installing it?

Yep. Uninstall, reinstall and restart made it work. Thanks (also from South Central PA, 17055 to be more precise!)

Small world, I grew up in NEPA and a good friend of mine lived in Mechanicsburg for a while.
